This shows the research and my knowledge prior to me and Jade doing our seminar on the skeleton.

My own knowledge
How many bones are in The human skeleton? is made up of 206 bones.
Human Skeleton - click for larger image. The functions of the skeleton are to provide support, give our bodies shape, and provide protection to other systems and organs of the body, to provide attachments for muscles, to produce movement and to produce red blood cells.

My notes
Alexander technique - semi supine position
use a book for your neck or pad its hard to find the right side book that extends the spine and straightens so when you’re at home you should try it with different sizes to see what works for you
once your arms arm on the stomach (don’t tense the hands) and the book has straightened your spine just begin to relax now feel your breathe getting deeper and less often legs close to the body as comfortable, just drift off now for a couple of minutes and just concentrate on your breathing (very important to do if you are going to an interview or audition because these are the muscles that tense up and tight when you’re nervous )
You should feel relaxed but also have energy and calmer
Look up roll over, get on all 4',s this is so there is a small arch in the spine to lengthen it and relax it, now rock making sure 90 degree angles, rock forwards and back then come up into lung then on to your feet walk around then done.
